Dear people, my name is Chris and I have been working on a logo for my new venture and made a logo in paint. This logo has been successfully been registered as a trademark. But here it comes, now I would like to order stuff from my local printing office but they need a vector file to be able to print my logo in high quality.

I have been trying to wrap my head around how to vector the following file

Now here is where I get into troubleConfused If I select, image trace> make> (artwork now black white and text not crisp anymore) I have no clue on how to make a vector file that will keep the text crisp and clear and make the logo as smooth as possible, and make sure the printing office knows where to print red black and gray.  I have used free converters and tried AI cs6 but every time I try the edges of the letters get rounded, like this:

Notice the red has gone and the gray, as well has the sharpness gone. I thought vector files should make images sharper?

I hope someone can point me in the right direction.
Thanks for your time and energy to help in this matter.
Cheers, Chris.

No auto vector program will give a complete clean image.
Corel Draw is good.
Vector magic is better.
